Who is behind this?
OneWoodstock.com was created by Mike Potter of ESC! Technologies Group, a Woodstock-based web design agency that specializes in small business websites.
Mike and his wife, Janet, both own and operate small businesses in Woodstock and wanted to do something to help out Mike’s clients, their friends, and other small businesses in Woodstock that will be struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic and mandated shutdowns.
There is no charge for a Woodstock IL small business to be listed on this site, and it’s a service (free of advertising) being made available to the residents of Woodstock.
OneWoodstock.com is a volunteer effort and not affiliated with or funded by the City of Woodstock or the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Will more businesses be listed?
Absolutely! OneWoodstock intends to list as many small businesses within Woodstock as possible. If you operate a small business or know of a small business that should be listed, please fill out the form here: https://onewoodstock.com/add-business/
The initial focus is on businesses that offer Gift Certificates or Online Shopping on their website.
Gift Certificates are a great way to support and sustain the business community during this time.
